The single-pole sliding contact line is mainly composed of sliding contact lines, collectors and accessories. It has a simple structure, flexible installation, and supports vertical or horizontal installation, adapting to different space requirements. Its combined design is convenient for high-altitude operations. Daily maintenance only requires the inspection and repair of the collector and vulnerable parts, which is simple and efficient to operate.
2. The single-pole sliding contact line is safe and reliable with strong protective performance
It adopts a high-insulation engineering plastic casing with a protection level of IP23, featuring rainproof, dustproof, snow-proof and electric shock-proof functions. The collector adopts a double insulation design, eliminating the risk of electric shock during operation. Moreover, the collector can move in three-dimensional space, ensuring the continuous operation of power supply equipment. Its safety is significantly superior to that of traditional sliding contact lines.
3. The single-pole sliding contact line saves energy and reduces consumption, and has excellent electrical conductivity
The conductor adopts special formula aluminum alloy profiles, which have low resistance and low power loss. Compared with traditional sliding contact lines, it saves about 6% of electricity. The cross-section of the conductive main body is in an H shape, ensuring the conductive area while enhancing rigidity. Combined with the stainless steel conductive friction body, it guarantees the continuity, stability and safety of current transmission.
4. The single-pole sliding contact line has a long service life and strong weather resistance
The conductors and sheaths adopt a unique formula, extending the system's lifespan by 5 to 8 years. New materials and new processes enhance corrosion resistance, acid resistance and weather resistance, adapting to the temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃, and can still operate stably in harsh environments.
5. The single-pole sliding contact line has a high cost performance and is economical and practical
Compared with multi-pole sliding contact lines and seamless sliding contact lines, single-pole sliding contact lines have a lower price, and their overall cost is comparable to that of steel bare sliding lines. It does not require compensation lines, has a novel design, and is installed on the same side as the crane control room, saving materials and costs. It is suitable for scenarios with high current and high frequency such as ports, steel mills, and mines.
6. Single-pole sliding contact lines come in a variety of specifications and have strong adaptability
The rated current of the mainstream products ranges from 150A to 3200A, with an operating voltage of 660VAC or 600VDC, and supports single-ended, mid-end or two-end power supply modes. The conduits can be made into arc-shaped elbow pipes of different radii to meet the special requirements of engineering equipment and have a wide range of applications.
