The multi-wire sliding contact line is mainly composed of a sliding line frame (plastic trough), flat copper wire, connection device, suspension device, power supply device and collector, etc.
1.Sliding line frame (plastic trough)
The sliding line frame (plastic groove) is made of high-strength engineering plastic. The fluid carrier (flat copper wire) is respectively inserted into each groove of the sliding line frame. There is an opening slit corresponding to each fluid carrier on the groove, which is used as the track for the brush to slide. The general fixed length is 6 meters.
2. Connection device
The connection device consists of a connection plate and a connector. The connection plate is mainly used to connect the sliding line frame (plastic groove), and the connector is mainly used to connect the fluid carrier (flat copper wire). When the connector leads out the terminal post, it can be used as a middle or end power supply for electrical appliances.
3. Suspension device
The suspension device, also known as the suspension bolt, serves to fix the sliding line frame (plastic groove). The short bolt head is a parallel quadrilateral deformation with unequal sides, and its short side holds both sides of the plastic groove.
4. End cover
The end covers are made of engineering plastics and are installed at both ends of the sliding contact line to provide insulation and protection.
5. Collector
The collector is of the supporting type, composed of carbon brushes and support arms, ensuring that the carbon brushes of the electrical equipment have good contact with the current-carrying fluid and slide smoothly.
